Hello everyone! Welcome back to Term Three and I hope this post finds you all healthy and happy!
After three terms away from school spending many hours in the sandpit, at the park, singing, dancing, reading, cavorting and laughing with my three adorable grandchildren (while also writing a number of essays for my university studies at night time) I am really happy to be back at St Emilie’s and looking forward to catching up with you all – especially your wonderful children!
The time has whizzed by so quickly and it is certainly another reminder to me of how important it is to continue being grateful for the simple things in life – especially time spent in the company of all those who love and support us.
I am extremely grateful to both Stuart and Anne for their tireless efforts in taking on the Principalship while I have been away. There is no doubt that we are all most fortunate to have such experienced, professional, hardworking and pastoral leaders on our team.
As always our wonderful staff are also really keen to get back to supporting your children in their learning.
May the term ahead be full of love, laughter and learning!
Be kind to each other and keep being the very best parent you can be!
