Term 4 Week 5 – 9th November 2017
Transition Preparation for Pre-Primary
Over the past few weeks the Kindy children have been slowly becoming accustomed to the larger spaces within the Pre-Primary setting. Each week, we have been spending time eating and playing with our Pre-Primary friends. The children are learning to respect one another within larger groups and are really enjoying the opportunities for new exploration, especially within the bush and creek, new challenges on equipment and time together to have fun, play and make new friends.
Playing in the Bushland:
Just LOOK who we found snoozing in the shade of the trees! How beautiful and lucky we were to find this amazing creature! A few of the children also spotted two gorgeous rainbow lorikeets and one pink galah!
Playing and challenging ourselves on the equipment:
Playing and cooking up a storm in the mud kitchen:
We will continue to share the Early Years play space for the rest of the term. In the next few weeks, we also look forward to transitioning and spending time in the Pre-Primary classrooms.
