Parents and Friends
St Emilie’s Primary School is very proud of its hard working and supportive parent body, which continues to shape our school into the caring, successful and vibrant school community that it is.
Each year we rely on the generosity of our parents to assist us to raise fun and funds! While we appreciate that not all families are in a position to take on an executive role, we do ask that each family fully supports the P&F team each year and offers practical support wherever possible.
P&F meetings are held twice a term on a Wednesday morning at 8:50am. Please check the term planner for P&F meeting dates. All are welcome!
In addition to the annual P&F levy that is charged each year, all families are expected to support additional P&F fundraising efforts as much as possible. Each year the P&F raise much needed funds for targeted projects that directly benefit each and every child across their years of schooling here at St Emilie’s. Some fundraisers are designed to give families an opportunity to raise money from outside the community e.g on-selling of tickets, Bunnings Sausage Sizzle etc.

Class Contact Person
We sincerely thank all those who have volunteered to be a class rep in the past – your efforts have been very much appreciated. This year we are trialing using team members who are able to attend P&F meetings to communicate with families. The following P&F members have kindly agreed to take on the role of Class Contact Person:
Kindy and PP – Tiffany Gates and Rachel Davies
Year 1 and 2 – Bec Richards
Year 3 and 4 – Nicole Grima
Year 5 and 6 – Mel Lucente and Alison McEniery
If you wish to communicate with your class contact person, please send an email via the P&F email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make clear which class contact person the email is for by writing ATTENTION: “Name of Class Contact Person” in the subject line.
If you would like to organise an event for your class or year level, please email your class contact person as they will be able to liaise between the Front Office and ensure that your event is placed in a dedicated P&F parent-organised events sections in the Weekly Reminders.
